Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all! The beauty of our service is its convenience. As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home for us to do our work.

Yes. If weather conditions are not safe to work in, such as heavy rain or thunder and lightening, we will postpone service to the following day. If we are unable to service your yard the following day we will be back out to service your yard on your next scheduled service date. If we accumulate enough snow that completely covers your yard we will either wait for the snow to melt or reschedule for your next scheduled service date.

Safety is a top priority for us. To ensure the well-being of your pets, we take several precautions: we’ll send you a text when we’re on our way, and after each service, we’ll provide a photo of your securely closed gate for your peace of mind. Additionally, we sanitize our equipment after each yard to prevent cross-contamination. Our trained staff also monitors your pet’s waste for any abnormalities that could indicate health issues, and we’ll promptly alert you if anything concerning is observed. This way, you can consult a vet for expert advice whenever necessary.

No, we don’t require a contract. You can use our services as needed and cancel at anytime!

If you’ve opted for waste haul-away, we’ll take care of removing and disposing of the waste for you. If not, we’ll neatly place the bagged waste in your designated trashcan.

We’re happy to work with dogs in the yard, provided they are friendly. However, for safety and efficiency, we prefer if they stay inside while we clean.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred cleanup day. To keep our services as cost-efficient as possible, we schedule specific days for servicing certain areas. We’ll work with you to find the best possible day within this framework.

We don’t provide specific arrival windows, but we’ll keep you updated. You’ll receive a text from us when we’re on our way, giving you an estimated time of arrival.
